How to get started with Rewards Plus
- 1Open the Al Fresco’s app or website
- 2Log in or sign up as a member
- 3Choose “Earn points” and scan the QR code on your bill
- 4Choose how many points you want to redeem
- 5Tap “Redeem now”
Frequently asked questions
How do I earn points?
Log in, choose “Earn points” and scan the QR code on your bill, or give the cashier your phone number. Online orders placed while logged in earn points automatically once they're completed.
Can I use points when I order online?
Yes. At checkout, enter the points you want to redeem: at least 10 points, and up to 50% of the food value before VAT.
How soon will I see my points?
Points are added once the order is completed and reaches our system, usually within a few minutes.
Who gets the birthday offer?
Members who joined more than 1 month ago. The offer applies from 7 days before to 7 days after your birthday; please show your ID card or passport.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points belong to your member account and verified phone number.
