Online ordering policy

General terms

These terms govern the use of the company’s website. By using the website you accept them.

I. Rights of Duc Nhan Co., Ltd.

• Provide its services once the customer has completed the company’s steps and conditions.
• Refuse or end the service when a customer gives false details or breaks the law.
• Keep the copyright of the website’s content under Vietnam’s intellectual property law; copying or using it without permission is forbidden.
• Change prices and payment methods as the restaurants need.

II. Obligations of Duc Nhan Co., Ltd.

• Build and run the service, with its partners, within its means.
• Do its utmost to keep the service running. The company is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its control or force majeure.

III. Delivery and pickup

Ordering: give your name, phone number and address so the restaurant can contact you and deliver. You don’t need an account to order.

Delivery:

• Free for the first 5 km, then 10.000 ₫ per km, by distance from the restaurant. The fee is shown before you pay.
• Minimum delivery order 100.000 ₫.
• Delivery hours follow each restaurant’s opening hours, shown when you choose the restaurant.
• Please check your order on arrival and keep the receipt.
• An order may be cancelled if the driver can’t reach you (at most 3 calls, 5 minutes apart).

Pickup:

• Your food is ready about 20 minutes after the restaurant accepts the order; the exact time is on the order tracking page.
• Please check your order when you collect it and keep the receipt.

Any dispute is settled in a spirit of cooperation, respecting both sides’ interests.

IV. Payment

• Online: MoMo, ZaloPay or VNPay (ATM card, Visa/Master, bank QR), where the restaurant accepts online payment.
• Cash on delivery, or at the counter for pickup, where the restaurant allows it.
• Menu prices exclude VAT; 8% VAT is added and shown at checkout.

V. Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel before the restaurant accepts the order by calling the restaurant you chose.
• Scheduled orders: call the restaurant at least 30 minutes (delivery) or 20 minutes (pickup) before the chosen time.
• Orders paid online that the restaurant doesn’t accept are refunded automatically under the payment provider’s rules.
